About Us
Diamond Realty Holdings, LLC (“DRH”) was formed in April 2015 as a real estate investment and development firm. Since its inception, the firm has focused their efforts on infill flex warehouse/industrial properties in Downtown Chicago, IL, Miami, FL and Los Angeles, CA. Through a commitment to cultivating local relationships and acquiring extensive market knowledge, DRH is able to purchase strategically located assets and utilize a proven formula to reposition them to maximize cash flow. DRH provides value to its investors by consistently executing on their business plan despite changing economic conditions.

Josh Diamond- Principal
Josh has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and asset management. At DRH, Josh oversees all business operations, while primarily focusing on investor relations and acquisitions. Prior to starting DRH, Josh worked at Hackman Capital Partners out of Los Angeles where he sourced, evaluated and executed on both traditional and distressed real estate and equipment transactions totaling over $275 million in invested capital.

David Treinish- VP Asset Management
David has over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and start-ups in Chicago. At DRH, David oversees the redevelopment, stabilization, operations, and disposition of DRH’s existing assets under management. This includes working closely with brokers, tenants and property managers as well as general contractors, architects and city officials. Prior to joining DRH, David served as Senior Account Manager for IguanaMed, a high-end medical apparel brand. Previously, David served as Vice President of Acquisitions at New Trier Partners in Skokie, IL, and was responsible for sourcing industrial, retail and office opportunities across the US.

Boris Voskoboynik- VP Acquisitions
Boris has over 14 years of experience in a myriad of areas within commercial real estate and has worked on transactions totaling more than 35 million square feet in over a dozen markets across the US. At DRH, Boris focuses on sourcing and structuring investments, financial underwriting, managing the closing/due diligence process, and debt procurement. Prior to joining DRH, Boris worked with Hackman Capital Partners out of Los Angeles where he was responsible for the implementation of the company’s investment strategies through acquisitions.
